These are the questions Surrey owners actually ask us, answered as directly as we can. If yours isn't here, call, text or email; a senior strategist will answer it.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $1,999 a month month-to-month, or $1,499 a month billed annually, plus 5% GST. Ad spend and translation are separate and paid directly by you. The pricing page shows all three plans.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Plans are month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Annual billing is optional and only lowers the price; it isn't a requirement.

How soon will I see results?

Fixing replies and reviews can show up within weeks. Ads can produce enquiries within a month of launch. Local search usually shows early movement in two to three months and deserves a fair judgement at around six.

We tried an agency before and got nothing. Why would this be different?

Nobody can promise that honestly, so instead we make the answer visible quickly. You get a written plan, accounts in your own name, and monthly reports led by cost per booked job, so if something isn't working you'll know early and you'll be free to leave.

Who owns the website, ad accounts and Google Business Profile?

You do. Everything is set up in your name from day one, and it stays with you if you stop working with us.

Do you write the Punjabi ads and pages?

No. We recommend a qualified native-speaker translator, ideally one who knows your trade, and you hire them directly. We write the English source copy and the brief, then build, test and report on the Punjabi campaign.

Should my business advertise in Punjabi at all?

It depends on your customers. Punjabi was the mother tongue of 22.7% of Surrey residents in 2021, but mother tongue doesn't decide search language. We suggest a small, separately tracked test before committing a larger budget.

Can you promise first place on Google?

No one honestly can, and we don't. Google decides rankings. We focus on the factors you can influence and report what they produce in calls and booked jobs.

Are you a contractor or a lead-selling service?

Neither. We don't do the jobs and we don't sell your leads to anyone else. We market your business and advise you on growing it.

How do you report?

A monthly report in plain English, led by cost per booked job, with calls, texts, emails and reviews by town centre and language where volume allows. You can ask questions by call, text or email at any time.

Do you work only in Surrey?

This service is built for Surrey businesses, including those that also serve Delta, White Rock and the Langleys. If most of your work is elsewhere, we'll tell you so and point you to a better fit.

What do you need from me to start?

Your average job value, a rough close rate, a list of recent jobs by postal code if you have one, and access to your existing website and Google accounts. A short call usually covers it.

Money and contracts

The short version: plans start at $1,999 a month, or $1,499 on annual billing, plus GST, and there's no long-term contract. Ad spend and translation are paid directly by you, so the plan fee is the only thing we charge.

Ask any agency, including us, to write down the full monthly cost before you start: fee, tax, ad spend and any third-party costs. If they won't, that's a warning sign. Our pricing page shows a worked budget you can adapt.

Punjabi and English

Most Surrey owners we talk to have the same question: is a Punjabi campaign worth it? Our answer is to test it rather than argue about it. Run Punjabi as a separate campaign, with its own page and tracked number, for 60 to 90 days, then compare cost per booked job with English.

We're open about who writes what. We write strategy and English copy. A qualified native-speaker translator, hired by you on our recommendation, writes the Punjabi. Read more under Punjabi and English ad campaigns or in our guide to tracking leads by language.

If you've been burned before

Many owners come to us after an agency that sent pretty reports and no work. The pattern is usually the same: accounts in the agency's name, reports full of clicks and impressions, and no link between the spend and booked jobs.

Three safeguards fix most of that:

  1. Ownership. Every account is yours from the start.
  2. One honest number. Cost per booked job, not reach or impressions.
  3. An exit. Month to month, with 30 days' notice.

Results and timelines

We won't promise rankings or lead counts, and we'd be wary of anyone who does. What we will do is set a fair test period for each piece of work and agree in advance what "working" looks like. Our published results from our HVAC work show what the method has done elsewhere, and the services overview gives realistic timelines for each service.

Who owns what

Everything we set up for you is registered to your business, not to us. That covers the domain, the website files and hosting account, your Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Meta ad accounts, analytics, Search Console and any call tracking numbers. We work inside those accounts with access you grant, and you can remove that access whenever you like.

This matters more than it sounds. Owners who leave an agency and discover their phone number, reviews or website belonged to the agency often have to start again from nothing. Before you hire anyone, ask in writing who will own each account. If the answer is vague, keep looking.

What a monthly report looks like

Each report fits on a page or two and answers four questions in plain English:

  1. What did we spend, on our fee and on ads, by language?
  2. What came in: calls, texts, emails and walk-ins we can attribute, split by town centre where the numbers allow?
  3. What booked, using the job sheet your team fills in?
  4. What changes next month, and why?

Clicks and impressions appear only as supporting detail. If a number can't be tied to a booked job, we say so rather than dress it up. Questions between reports are welcome by call, text or email, and you never have to wait for the next report to ask why a number moved.
